Must be a valid brick and mortar storefront with a legal, and compliant business number in Canada or The United States.

We have a non-competition policy, if you are located to close to another wholesaler, you will be denied the product.

Soul of a Gypsy Jewelry has the right to deny any wholesale inquiry(s) without reason. 

​

By submitting a wholesale inquiry, you agree to these terms. 

​

Any false information in regards to a wholesale inquiry will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Hailey Brontide.

Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Hailey Brontide agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
