SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped Monday through Friday via Canada Post, with a tracking number assigned to each package. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, so any orders placed after Friday afternoon will be processed and shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for Canada Post to scan the item and update the tracking information in their system.

Domestic Shipping Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within a few business days, depending on location.

International Shipping International orders may take 1 to 28 days to process and an additional 1 to 6 weeks for delivery, subject to customs clearance in the destination country.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Shipments

Please note that Soul of a Gypsy Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. We encourage you to closely monitor your package's journey using the tracking number provided. While we are unable to replace or refund orders that are lost or damaged during transit, we are always here to help you navigate the process.

Taxes, Duties & Customs

As the importer of record, you are responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported to your destination. You must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees that are levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by your country's customs office and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Soul of a Gypsy Jewelry has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. For specific details on these fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Any delays in international shipments are often a result of customs clearance.

Meditation Rings

We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential. We happily offer exchanges for meditation rings if the item is returned and received by us within 14 days of purchase. You may exchange your ring for a different size of the same style (if available) or for a different ring of equal or greater value. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. We kindly ask that you use our ring measurement guide prior to purchasing to ensure the best fit.

Mala & Mala Wrap Bracelets

Due to the unique and personal nature of these items, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

All Other Jewelry

Please be aware that these items are handcrafted and may take up to three weeks to ship. Due to the nature of our inventory, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Final Sale Policy

All on-sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance products are considered a final sale. We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on these items under any circumstances.

Jewelry Care & Craftsmanship

Every piece is handmade using sterling silver and semi-precious stones. It is the nature of sterling silver to tarnish when exposed to moisture, chemicals, and certain environments. To restore its natural luster, simply polish it with a jewelry cloth. We do not accept returns or exchanges for tarnished jewelry.

For meditation rings with a spinning feature, please note that the spinner may feel snug at first. This is completely normal, and with time and wear, it will loosen and spin with ease. We do not accept returns or exchanges for tight spinner rings, as this is a natural characteristic of the design.
