SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Details:

All orders ship out Monday through Friday from Canada Post each week. They are assigned a tracking number. We do not ship out over the weekend, so any orders places Friday afternoon till Monday will be shipped out Monday or Tuesday afternoon. Canada Post scans the item into their facility this may take up to 1-2 days to complete to be able to properly track your order! All orders shipped outside of Canada will take 1-4 days processing and 1-3 weeks to deliver depending on customs. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be owed upon arrival. Please email us if you have any questions on your specific order. 

 

Damaged Shipments:

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it. Canada Post updates orders once they arrive at their processing center so please check with them for updates once we've shipped it using the tracking number.

 

Duties:

When ordering, you're responsible for ensuring the product can be imported to the destination as the recipient. As the importer of record on your order, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. If you are outside of Canada, you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country that you will have to pay for once the shipment reaches you. These additional charges for customs clearances must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges nor can we predict what they might be. As policies range, you should contact your local customs office for more information. Many times the delays in international shipments are due to the customs clearance process.

We take pride in the quality of our product and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you find something we've missed, refer to our returns process.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

There are no returns on products. We happily exchange wrong size Meditation Rings as long as it returns to us undamaged, un-alterd and in a re-sellable state. The Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. 

If the Mediatation Ring is returned to us in an un-sellable state, no exchange will be issued. Exchanges must be done withing 14 days of receiving the product. No exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.
