SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Details:

All orders ship out Monday through Friday from Canada Post each week. They are assigned a tracking number. We do not ship out over the weekend, so any orders placed from Friday afternoon till Monday will be shipped out Monday or Tuesday afternoon. Canada Post scans the item into their facility this may take up to 1-2 days to complete to be able to properly track your order! All orders shipped outside of Canada will take 1-28 days to process and 1-6 weeks to deliver depending on customs. We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be owed upon arrival. Please email us if you have any questions on your specific order. There is no shipping available on holidays.  For holidays, please search for Canada Posts hours and shipping restrictions. 

 

Damaged Shipments:

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it. Canada Post updates orders once they arrive at their processing center so please check with them for updates once we've shipped it using the tracking number.

 

Duties:

When ordering, you're responsible for ensuring the product can be imported to the destination as the recipient. As the importer of record on your order, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. If you are outside of Canada, you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country that you will have to pay for once the shipment reaches you. These additional charges for customs clearances must be paid by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges nor can we predict what they might be. As policies range, you should contact your local customs office for more information. Many times the delays in international shipments are due to the customs clearance process.

Meditation Rings

We understand that sometimes sizes don't work out and we want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer exchanges if the ring is sent back to, and received by, Soul of a Gypsy Jewelry within 14 days of purchase for a different size of the same ring, if available, or a different ring of equal value (or a different ring with the difference in price being paid by the customer to Soul of a Gypsy Jewelry). We do not offer refunds under any circumstances due to the nature of our product and inventories. Thank you for your understanding. The customer is to pay the price of shipping during the exchange process. We urge the customer to please use our ring measurement guide prior to purchasing. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

There are NO exchanges, refunds, or returns on any on-sale, discount, promotional, or clearance products under any circumstances.

All rings are handmade only using sterling silver and semi-precious stones. Sterling silver does tarnish when exposed to moisture. To fix it, it simply just needs to be polished with a jewelry cloth.

Some spinners may not spin with ease at the start, that is 100% normal and they will loosen and spin with ease with time. 

We do not take back, refund or exchange tarnished or tight spin rings.
