We understand that sometimes sizes don’t work out, and we want you to love your ring. We gladly offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned to us in its original condition. You may exchange your ring for:

A different ring of equal or greater value (any price difference is the customer’s responsibility).

Each ring is handmade with sterling silver and semi-precious stones. Sterling silver may naturally tarnish when exposed to moisture — this is not considered a defect and can be easily remedied with a jewelry cloth. Some spinners may also feel snug at first; with time and wear, they loosen and spin with ease.

All rings are handmade only using sterling silver and semi-precious stones. Sterling silver does tarnish when exposed to moisture. To fix it, it simply just needs to be polished with a jewelry cloth.
Some spinners may not spin with ease at the start, that is 100% normal and they will loosen and spin with ease with time.
We do not take back, refund or exchange tarnished or tight spin rings.
