We understand that sometimes sizes don’t work out, and we want you to love your ring. We gladly offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned to us in its original condition. You may exchange your ring for:
A different size of the same style (if available), or
A different ring of equal or greater value (any price difference is the customer’s responsibility).
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. To help avoid sizing issues, we strongly encourage you to use our ring measurement guide before purchasing.
Each ring is handmade with sterling silver and semi-precious stones. Sterling silver may naturally tarnish when exposed to moisture — this is not considered a defect and can be easily remedied with a jewelry cloth. Some spinners may feel snug at first; with time and wear, they loosen and spin with ease.
